FUNDAMENTALS OF BREATH

4 WEEK in person course.

Mastering the functional mechanics of the breath and exploring multiple techniques to help bring relief for a wide range of issues. 

This course is perfect if you are new to breath work and want to take a more proactive approach to managing your health and well being and to claim back your power.
